Liv was born and raised in Bainbridge. After graduation from Bainbridge High School, Liv received a bachelors degree from the University of Georgia in Consumer Science. Liv resided in Atlanta and worked for Australian Body Works (a Health Club) before moving back to Bainbridge in 1992. She started teaching aerobics in 1995. Liv is a certified Director with the YMCA. She is also a certified Fitness specialist, Group Exercise Instructor, and Lifeguard Instructor.
