Personal Training allows the individual to exercise under the direct supervision of a qualified personal trainer. Liv Warren is a certified Personal Trainer who brings years of experience and extensive knowledge to each session. Weight Training, Cardiovascular Training, Diet and Nutrition, Flexibility, and Balance are the components of Liv's sessions, all of which are critical to leading a healthy lifestyle.
$20 per hour - Members for individual attention
$30 per hour - Non Members for individual attention
$10 per hour - YMCA Members for group (2-4 people) session
$15 per hour - Non Members for group (2-4 people) session
