Aqua aerobics – Fitness in the pool-Low impact aerobics training designed for everybody using the water as resistance. Endurance, strength and flexibility are all components of this class.

Butts & Guts- Work those trouble areas with fun upbeat music. You’ll be targeting the booty and thighs through interval training and strengthening all areas of the core and abs. Join us in working toward a toned back, defined abs and that natural booty lift with this class.

Cardio and Core- Short on time? Come get your total body workout with an action packed combo class that includes a fun cardio workout and core-focused strengthening, all done in one hour!

Cardio Kickbox- A blend of intense interval athletic drills with kickboxing to create an insane cardiovascular workout. This is a mix of boxing, martial arts and aerobics done rhythmically to music for a cross-training and total body workout.

Insanity- Insanity is high intense cardio and interval training involving plyometrics and strength. You WILL get sweaty. Modifiers are given for each move so beginners are definitely welcome.

PiYo- is a muscle-sculpting, core-firming workout inspired by Pilates, Yoga, Dance, and strength training. This will give you hardcore definition, intense calorie burn & all over strength without any jumping involved.

Pound- This is a high-energy workout with drumsticks that fuses cardio interval training with drumming to provide a challenging, heart-pumping workout. If you want a total body workout focusing on your booty, thighs, and core this is it!

Power Hour- (Immediately following Step It Up) now with your cardio behind you, finish your workout strong with a full-body workout using all the muscle groups including your core.

Power Muscle- This total body-conditioning workout will leave your muscles screaming and wanting more! Expect to be challenged as you begin to tighten and tone your body.

RIPPED- This total body, high intensity class, utilizes free weights, resistance and body weight. The class combines its components – Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometric, and Endurance.

Saturday Sweat- Come get sweaty on a Saturday and you’ll feel a lot better about your weekends! You will work on a variety of different areas of the body, always something new so your body is constantly challenged.

Silver Sneakers Classic- Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living skills. **ADVANCED Circuit Class requires mostly standing-based exercises**

Spinning (located in spinning room) - This indoor training workout is a session that is led by a certified Spinning instructor that is always individually paced. Come join us if you’re just building base or if you’re an avid cyclist that wants to come indoors.

Step It Up- With catchy music and fun beats, step aerobics is a great cardio workout that gets your heart rate up and your body weight down.

Sweat with Sharon- With combinations of punches and kicks, you will increase your strength and cardio-endurance through exercises that are fun, challenging and fierce. Hit the floor at the end for some serious core work.

Yoga- Using slow movements and stretching in time to relaxing music. Increase flexibility and balance along with relieving stress, making the spine supple and building mental and physical strength using your own body as a tool. Used as a complete exercise program and physical therapy routine.

Zumba- Ditch the workout! Join the party. Zumba is for every one of all levels that love to dance and move to the music.
