CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

PiYo/Insanity- Start off with 15 minutes of dynamic strengthening stretches then move into cardio followed with high intensity plyometric interval training designed for people of all levels of fitness.

PiYo Sculpt- In this energizing and low impact class you will work each muscle group through slow twitch muscle movements. Using your own body weight as resistance you will tone and sculpt each individual area of your body.

Step It Up- With catchy music and fun beats, step aerobics is a great cardio workout that gets your heart rate up and your body weight down.

Power Hour- (Immediately following Step It Up) now with your cardio behind you, finish your workout strong with a full-body workout using all the muscle groups including your core.

Silver Sneakers- Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living skills.

Lunch Bootcamp- Sneak away from work or take a midday break to get energized with this total body circuit class. Using resistance equipment you’ll go through a variety of circuit intervals that will leave you feeling accomplished & proud.

Yoga- Using slow movements and stretching in time to relaxing music. Increase flexibility and balance along with relieving stress, making the spine supple and building mental and physical strength using your own body as a tool. Used as a complete exercise program and physical therapy routine.

Zumba- Ditch the workout! Join the party. Zumba is for every one of all levels that love to dance and move to the music.

Power Muscle- This total body-conditioning workout will leave your muscles screaming and wanting more! Expect to be challenged as you begin to tighten and tone your body.

Cardio Conditioning Combo- Come get your total body workout on with a combination of high and low cardio exercises.

Cardio Kickboxing- A blend of intense interval athletic drills with kickboxing to create an insane cardiovascular workout. This is a mix of boxing, martial arts and aerobics done rhythmically to music for a cross-training and total body workout.

Kicking It- With combinations of punches and kicks, you will increase your strength and cardio-endurance through exercises that are fun, challenging and fierce. Hit the floor at the end for some serious core work.

Butts & Guts- Work those trouble areas with fun upbeat music. You’ll be targeting the booty and thighs through interval training and strengthening all areas of the core and abs. Join us in working toward a toned back, defined abs and that natural booty lift with this class.

PiYo/Yoga- This low-impact workout can be done barefoot but don’t let that fool you for the intensity! Inspired by yoga, Pilates, strength and conditioning you’ll find yourself sweating off those calories while creating more flexibility in a totally defined body.

SPIN- This indoor training workout is a session that is led by certified Spinning instructor that is always individually paced. Come join us if you’re just building base or if you’re an avid cyclist that wants to come indoors. ___________________________________________________________________________

Ages 12 and up are allowed in the group fitness room as long as they are with their parent. CHILDCARE (9 yrs & younger) Monday/Wednesday/Friday Morning 8:30am-10:30am Tuesday/Thursday Morning 8:00am-10:30am Monday-Thursday Evening 4:00pm-8:00pm
